Hi! My name is Mariah and I live in Colorado Springs, Colorado. I am LSS trained and NNA Certified. I have done over 300 loan signings of all different types. My top clientel is First American, who I am listed as White Glove Status. I am human so every once in a while mistakes happen but it is important to me to get them corrected immediatlely. I have 3 years experience working with a signing service outside of being a notary, so I have seen all the common mistakes and what not to do.
