A Closing Agent committed to providing an exceptional signing experience for you, your clients and everyone involved in the process. I guide clients through The PCOR, The NRTC, and all other important documents. The signers will always receive a full printed copy of the documents and will never be forced, rushed or pressured to sign them. I only notarize documents at the signing and while witnessing the signer sign the documents. If there is a slight chance I will arrive late, I contact the signers as soon as possible. I do not print documents double-sided. Scan backs are welcomed and will be provided as requested with no up charge. All documents are shipped out on time and I do not hold documents for additional pay. If an error is found, I will fix it immediately. I can meet the clients at a location that is most comfortable for them (home, office, church etc).
