Louis Felice

Hello, my name is Louis Felice, I am a retired Firefighter/Paramedic from NY (30 years of service). I moved to Florida to start a new (Second)career as a Notary Loan Signing Agent. I am very excited for this new venture. I was a Notary in NY as well for many years doing private notarization, Down here in Florida, we are not an Attorney state so I have the ability to do loan/mortgage closings myself without an attorney which makes this new career viable since attorney's are also notary public's, it makes it difficult to be successful in NY.

Since moving to Florida, I have received my Florida Notary commission, I registered as a RON provider, I have registered with the National Notary Association and became certified as an NNA member, I have trained with Mark Wills and his Loan Signing System and became certified as a Loan Signing Agent. Through the NNA, I have had a background check done on myself as well as purchased $100,000 E & O insurance and am Notary Bonded as well as RON Bonded. My car has been set up as a mobile office complete with a dual tray (Letter & Legal size paper) laser printer, document scanner and laptop. My SUV has been set up with mobile Wi-Fi for hot-spot connectivity. 

Prior to moving to Florida, I engaged in higher education in 2014 and earned my Bachelor's degree in Emergency Management being a first responder Firefighter/Paramedic, then went on to earn my Master's degree (MS) in Management & Leadership and ended with a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA). So, I am very familiar with contracts, so getting into Notary Loan Signings was an logical transition as my second career.
