Remote Online Notarization (RON) provides an extra level of service. It is extremely convenient for both businesses and individuals, without compromise in service. Online notarizations are conducted via a nationally recognized RON platform, which has been approved by the Oregon Secretary of State. Of course, there are a few regulations that apply.

- Apostille Facilitator My Apostille service processes your important documents, which are going out of the country, with the Secretary of State. Notarization is also available for an additional fee.
