Hello, my name is Lori Small and I am an experienced mobile Notary Public and Loan Signing Agent commissioned in the state of Florida since September of 2020. I also have over 13 years of professional experience in the affordable public housing industry working with landlords, tenants, and property managers on a consistent basis. I have facilitated over 150 successful loan signings for multiple clients and am familiar with Buyer/seller documents; reverse mortgages, loan applications; refinance packages, realty homeowner benefit agreements, and other general notary work.
