I have been a loan signing agent for 3 years.  I started at the beginning of covid and believe I am well-seasoned at this point!  I continue to learn and grow through the LSS mentorship, and I do attend seminars and training both online and in person.  I make it a priority to take the best care of your clients and signers!  I triple check my docs before I drop or deliver docs back to escrow.  If there is ever a need to return I make sure to get it done immediately.  You can count on me to make sure your docs are signed and delivered without any problems!  I am trained in all the loan signing documents so I am able to give a brief description of the document and guide you signer through the process.  I am experienced with loan documents including purchase, refi, HELOC, reverse mortgage, trust certifications, Power of Attorney, loan applications, HUD documents, VA documents, and more.

I work in my home office and have a Brother dual tray high speed laser printer, and an Epson high speed scanner so I have the ability to print docs quickly and providing scan back to the client is no problem.
