Linda Stern

Greetings! My name is Linda Stern. I have been a loan signing agent since July of 2020, and I am interested in working with your team.

I am available to conduct signings throughout Los Angeles County and Ventura County. This includes Northridge, Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Glendale, Burbank, Ventura, Thousand Oaks, Simi Valley, Oxnard and more. I also serve all of the mountain communities in the surrounding areas, such as Pine Mountain Club, Castaic, Valencia and Santa Clarita.

I understand it is of vital importance to conduct signings with professionalism and efficiency. I always conduct myself in a friendly and ethical manner and triple check my work. Furthermore, I prioritize addressing and correcting any errors which may be found. 

I have received specific training and have much experience in conducting various types of signings, such as refinances, purchases, sales and reverse mortgages, as well as collecting, scanning and returning copies of documents for loan applications.

I have training certifications from both Notary2Pro and Loan Signing System. I recognize the need for a broad range of viewpoints, so I also have trained with The Notary Coach and and Notary Stars. I also actively pursue continuing education with Notary Stars.

My notary commission is due to be renewed December of 2024. My E&O insurance covers up to $100,000, and my annual NNA signing agent certification and background check are up to date. 

Finally, I have a dual-tray laser printer. I understand how to print letter and legal size documents, and I also have a mobile scanner to scan documents on the go.
