I never miss signatures, dates or initials. I also understand the importance of getting documents back on time to avoid missing deadlines. All documents will be returned completely filled out including the PCOR, Statement of Information, trust certification, or disbursement of proceeds. I understand the importance of communication when there is an error on the documents and will do my part in assisting to get the issue resolved to complete the signing.
