I have been doing witness closings for 25 years.  My experience includes refinance, purchases, sales, loan applications, heloc, reverse mortgage applications as well as the actual closing,  deed signings, etc.  I also have a real estate backgound, which helps me in providing borrowers a general explanation of their documents they are about to sign.  i am normally available any time.  I strive for error fee closings; however,  I am human but have had very few errors in my 25 years of closings.   While living in Colorado, I had a real estate license, which also provided me  with knowledge of listings as well as sales and closing of loans.
