I am a former school teacher,  I retired after working for twenty seven years with the School System. I assisted the administration department in handling various duties, collaborated with the Principal aiding with clerical and and administrative functions, I demonstrated exceptional interpersonal skills, while maintaining a high level of professionalism, provided relief for regular staff administrators. I worked for Public Safety prior to working for the school system, I Increased work flow by applying advanced skills to update changes, I used knowledge of the department to answer routine inquiries from various sources, I was responsible for coaching and training new employees, I used analytical skills to resolve routine problems within procedure policies. I worked for IBM prior to working for Public Safety, I assured profitability by applying proper company procedures and policy, I resolved complex customer and clients needs in a timely fashion, I  increased productivity by applying advanced administrative and data entry, I made various adjustments and upgrades to accounts, I provided exceptional customer and client care solutions, I have worked in the field of Public Service most of my life, I enjoy working in Public Service.
