I understand that an incomplete signing or a signing full of errors can cost a mortgage officer a rate lock, a buyer to miss a close of escrow, or more specifically, makes you look bad to your client. 2. I never ever miss FedEx drops! I specifically know that escrow wants docs back asap. I know all the latest FedEx drop-offs in my city. 3. I am never late to appointments. I never stack appointments too close together. If I take a signing from you, I will make it on time. No excuses and I always factor in traffic times. 4. All of the forms will come back completely filled out, whether that be the PCOR, statement of information, trust certification, or disbursements of proceeds.
