My rate includes up to 15 miles of driving and beyond that it goes up incrementally. I offer a stress free experience to signers, working with them to ensure their comfort and safety, communicating needs in advance and maintaining a Professional code of conduct throughout closings. I practice Covid-19 safety precautions, arriving at signings with a mask and gloves. I have a record for thoroughness in completing paperwork and understanding how to direct signers through the process in front of us.
