I am experienced with FHA/VA/Conventional Refinances, Purchases, Seller Packages, Loan Modifications, and General Notary Work. I work with several Title Companies/Signing Services throughout the US, and Individuals who need my notarial services. I obtained my training from the National Notary Association, Loan Signing System, Sign and Thrive and Laure Biewer. I practice continued education in my profession to stay up to date on state Laws, Regulations and best practices. I am background screened annually and I carry a $100,000 E&O Insurance Policy. I understand the importance of a Loan Package being executed flawlessly and the importance of ensuring that signatures, initials, dates, and notarizations are done right the first time. I review my work 3-4 times before shipping to ensure there are no errors. I represent you at the signing table and rest assured I am professional in all aspects as well as personable. I love my role as a Mobile Notary, and I take it seriously.
