As a former Settlement Agent in the title industry, i have done thousands of closings of all types (particularly purchase, sale and refi).  I am licensed (VA Title Producer), customer service-oriented, and extremely reliable. You can expect me to be prepared, personable and professional during every appointment. When I am at the closing table, I know that I am an extension of your team, and I take that responsibility seriously. I walk your borrowers through all the important documents, making sure all of the forms are filled out, signed and initialed as needed.  I am diligent about turning in error-free documents, while making sure your client's final step in the loan process is a great one.
