I will always Check-In upon arrival and notify you upon completion of a signing. Make sure all forms are properly completed by the borrower. * Statement of Information * PCOR * Trust Certification * Top Signature on 1003 * Power of Attorney * Notice of Right to Cancel Properly notarize required documents. No missed stamps or signatures. Double-check the loan docs, prior to leaving the borrower's location. Fix Mistakes without excuse ASAP.
