I’m an NNA certified and background screened Bilingual Notary Public and Loan Signing Agent. I have completed Loan Signing training such as the Loan Signing System (LSS) and Notary2Pro Signing Agent Course. I have reviewed documents for refinancing loans, reverse mortgages, home equity line of credit loans (HELOC), and purchase loans. I can describe the function of each document in the closing package. Moreover, I can identify all documents that need to be notarized. Also, as part of my training: - I've read the book Sign and Thrive by Bill Soroka. - I’m constantly watching informative videos online from Notary Stars, Tuesday Notary Titans, Notary2Notary, and Signing Agent Basics to keep up with my continuing education. - I'm a member of Florida Notary Signing Agents Facebook groups. I have invested in a laser dual-tray printer and a professional scanner. I’m optimistic, detailed-oriented, punctual, and a problem solver. Also, I have strong communication skills.
