I understand how important it is to have a document executed properly which is why I have submersed myself into understanding many types of loan documents including but not limited to:  Refinance, HELOC, Sellers Packet, REO and more. My education on loan documents allows me to confidently walk borrowers through the documents while remaining impartial as well. In the event corrections need to be made to the document I understand the borrowers must initial the correction. If lines are left blank i have the borrower to ill them out as well. Choosing me as your notary allows you to be worry free, I am very familiar with the process on funding and that is why i make sure all of the dates are insanely neat. I also know how to properly complete documents that many notaries struggle with such as the PCOR, Statement of Information, Trust Certification or disbursements of proceeds. Many agents also miss the signature at the top of the second page of the FHA or the VA loan application however, I am aware of every area that needs to be filled out on loan applications. I want to get you paid just as much as I want to get paid, that is why as soon as I am finished with the documents, I send them back at the soonest possible time. In the event I am unable to return it that day, I return the documents first thing in the morning. I am also available 24/7 to help accommodate everyone who is involved in the funding process.
