I'm familiar with loan docs and can explain what each doc entails, I arrive on time prepared, organized, 2 copies, 1-sided, I check all docs, signatures and initials, I complete scan backs, I communicate effectively, If signers has questions regarding numbers and why's, I have them contact their agents before continuing with the signing, I make sure to send the original docs in both env and packs, I have great customer service skills and I'm accountable and take each signing very seriously.
