I have been a notary since late 2014, but made the jump to full time NSA at the beginning of this year. This schedule is something I only dreamed I could have and it has made my family life that much more fulfilling. I have completed 180+ signings this year alone, and have experience with buyers and sellers packages (both cash and lender), HELOC and re-finance packages, reverse mortgage applications and closings, as well as split signings and post closing requests. I use my mobile scanner whenever possible to make sure my scans are received quickly and are of excellent quality, and I have my trusty mobile printer in case we run into a problem that requires a re-print.  Being born and raised in Santa Cruz County, I am uniquely qualified to serve this community as I am familiar with all areas and neighborhoods and the features that make it such a desirable place to be.
