I am a notary loan signing agent, NNA certified and trained, commissioned in Missouri. Also Notary 2 Notary and LSS certified. I have completed approximately 200 signings including refinances, sellers and purchases packages. I understand that an incomplete signing or a signing full of errors can cost a Mortgage Officer a rate lock, a buyer to miss a close of escrow, or cause funding conditions delaying everything. I do my best to not miss any dates, initials, or signatures because I know that leads to funding conditions. I take pride in my work and is detailed oriented, ensuring that your signers do not have any missed signatures when I return their package to you nor any missing notarizations. I also understand the importance of getting docs in FedEx the same day. No matter how many signings that I have, I always prioritize getting your docs in FedEx. I am very meticulous and professional, and would bring these skills along with others, to my signings. I am available most weekdays and weekends to complete assignments.
