I am a certified Loan Signing Agent who can also perform Remoted Online Notary services. I love working with people and have done so for over 30 years and 2 years of experience as a Collateral Review Technician where I reviewed loan document files for any errors and missing documents before funding and before foreclosures. I was also an administrative assistant to a college Dean also to the faculty Professors. I am very flexible with my time and always on time for the borrower/client. Along with loan signings I also help with Power of Attorneys, living wills, and so much more. I am available holidays and weekends, and I am willing to Travel within the state of Florida mainly the Tampa Bay area with a small traveling fee.
