My background at a glance; I worked as a loan officer for over 3 years. Recently, I received certification of completion of 20 HOURS SAFE APPLYING MORTGAGE KNOWLEDGE Course. I also passed the NMLS exam in September 2021. My NMLS ID is 2147046.
As a Loan Officer, I processed multiple types of loans and followed through all the guidelines such as RESPA, TILA, ECOA, HPA homeowner protection act, HMDA Home Mortgage Disclosure Act, and Fannie Mae, Freddie Mae guidelines. My mortgage experiences help me become a confident signing agent. 
Over 20 years, as a small business owner successfully manage the business from end to end such as communication, finance, financial record-keeping, research, and development. Customer service is my life support to succeed in the business. Now, I am ready to serve our clients at home, at the office, or at their convenience places.
