Very knowledgeable and well trained signing agent based out of the San Antonio, TX area. I insure that all docs, like a PCOR or Certification of Trust for example, are filled out completely by the borrower before leaving the appointment.  I also make it a priority to double and triple check documents for missed signatures and stamps. Ensuring that the dates are clear and easy to read, the initials are properly filled out, etc., are all things I will verify before leaving the appointment. On the off chance I make a mistake, if and when I am notified, i will drop all of my current task and correct the mistake immediately.  The completed documents will be shipped or turned in on the same day as soon and the signing is finished. If not I will be ship them early morning the next day.
