I am NNA certified and have also completed the Loan Signing Advanced training program with Kendra Lewis. I know how to Explain the CD and Settlement Statement as well as the other loan documents, and I know how to prepare a package for signings and spot problems. As a graduate of the University of Texas at San Antonio, I have learned to be disciplined and as an extension of the escrow officer I understand the concept of teamwork, the importance of communication that will help me through any assignment as Notary Signing Agent. I have 25 years of customer service experience. I am able to navigate through multiple scenarios for both internal and external customers. I know how to leave not only signers happy, but also escrow offers, real estate agents, and loan officers as well. I have 5 years experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist this has taught me the importance of following up and following through and it has especially giving me an eye for detail as the job includes heavy research, reconciliation of customer accounts, and making submissions to different departments with accuracy the first time as to not cause any delays that could hurt customer relationships. This will ensure that documents are returned error free and will help identify potential issues ahead of time.
