Before becoming a Notary Signing Agent, I was a full-time Speech Therapist where much of my job consisted of completing detailed IEP paperwork, communicating with parents and other team members, and facilitating meetings as the case manager. I feel like that experience lends itself extremely well to what it takes to be a great Loan Signing Agent. As a signing agent, I meticulously go over each loan document to ensure no signatures, initials, or dates are ever missed or incorrect. I always triple check documents and, on the rare occasion I make a mistake, I will always make myself available to fix it ASAP. I've taken the Loan Signing System training course and I'm comfortable guiding borrowers in filling out all documents contained in the loan package. Documents will be returned promptly once the signing is complete. I love working with people and will make it a positive, comfortable, and hassle-free experience for the borrowers. I'm flexible and willing to take assignments late at night, early in the morning, and/or on the weekends, and willing to travel all over San Diego County and to southern Orange County.
