I would love the chance to be a notary in your rotation for Central New Jersey. If your current signing agents are already booked, on vacation, or if docs come in last minute, I'd love the opportunity to earn your business. I understand that an incomplete signing or a signing full of errors can cost a mortgage officer a rate lock, a buyer to miss a close of escrow, or cause funding conditions delaying everything. I do my very best not to miss any dates, initials, or signatures BECAUSE again, I know that leads to funding conditions. I always ensure that the dates are correct on notice of right to cancel, and I know to have the borrower initial any corrections to the notice of right to cancel if the dates had to be corrected. Or, if the lines are blank, I'll have the borrower fill in the dates themselves.
