I am Katina Lowery, a paraprofessional providing services to meet the needs of the real estate and loan community. As a mobile notary and loan signing agent in the state of Florida. I specialize in closing real estate transactions involving mortgage loan documents for home refinances, home purchases or sales, home equity lines of credit, and reverse mortgages. I am also committed to providing the highest level of professionalism, accuracy and integrity in services such as general notary services. I am a skilled communicator who can synthesize, present and deliver complex information to diverse audiences across multiple lines of businesses. My expertise includes but are not limited to ensuring that legal documents are authentic, checking the identity verification, serving as a witness, collaboration with sellers/buyers, and notarizations. As a part of my professional repertoire, I also work diligently to maintain accuracy, confidentiality, integrity, attention to details, and computer competencies. My experience includes the following professional documents: Closing Disclosures (HUD-1), Refi's - Cash Outs, Deeds of Trusts, POA’s (including medical), Right to Cancel forms, Wills, Notes, Mortgages, Payment Letters, Deeds of Trust, Jurats, Acknowledgements, and all other forms as it relates to general notary work and mortgage loan signings.
