I am a Notary for Arizona. I have 3+ years experience with Mortgage documents. I was a Closer/Funder, my duties included drawing up Refinances, HELOCS and Purchases for borrowers to sign, to ensure all conditions were met and to review all scan backs to ensure there weren’t any missed signatures or Stamps/Seals from notaries. I know how frustrating and inconvenient it can be to miss signatures on pertinent docs like Profit of Loss, tax returns or LOX. I am sure to be as detail oriented, neat and accurate to ensure a stress free closing. If there are any errors, I am sure to correct it as soon as I am aware of the error. I have no problem dropping off completed documents to the office to avoid FedEx delays or turnarounds to ensure the loan is closed on time. Commuting is not an issue for me.
