I pride myself on ensuring that all documents are triple checked before leaving the appointment however in the event there may be an error, it will be fix immediately upon notification. I specialize in loan documents for Refinance, Home Purchase or Sale, Home Equity Line of Credit, Reverse Mortgage, VA and FHA Loans, POA, and Occupancy Affidavits. I provide services in the following counties: Miami-Dade, Broward and West Palm Beach. I am willing travel further with fee adjustments, as needed.

I can ensure completed original documents are hand delivered same day or delivered via courier, if closing is before UPS Regular/Priority drop off at 6:00 pm and FEDEX drop off at 7:00 pm to the appropriate company per instruction.
