Hello! I'm Karles! (You say it like Kar-lay). I'm based in New Jersey and I am proudly serving signing companies, attorneys, title companies, escrow agents and more! Accountability, experience, and willingness to learn! These are the attributes I live by which have garnered me much success over the span of my career. My 3 years of experience includes my work as a loan processor, mortgage loan officer, real estate flipper (investor) and realtor. Today I am proudly a real estate investor and I have witnessed the entire loan process from beginning to end. I may be a new notary signing agent, but I am proficient with various loan types, including refinance, purchase, seller, reverse mortgage, applications, piggy-back mortgages, HELOCs, grant deeds, signings with power of attorney and more! I am currently serving the Camden County area and the nearby surrounding areas.
