I'm equipped for full mobile services with Printers/Scanner in my car AND a generator in my vehicle.  I am fully stocked to perform on-the-go work with seamless productivity and well prepared for most emergencies or issues that arise. I appreciate people and help with any problem solving that I can.

• Fidelity National Approved Signing Agent and Bancserv approved. 
• NNA Certified, Notary2Pro, and Loan Signing System Certified Expert.
• Continuous trainings accomplished from many signing agencies and experience with RON closings or transactions on DocVerify.  (in process of renewing RON certifications)
• I was a White Glove Notary status with Notary Stars / Unlimited Ink Signing Service. (renewing) 
• I am Federal Corrections Approved for Federal Inmate Notarizations.  Even inmates need to sell homes or have notarizations. I am trained how to properly interact and conduct business in correctional facilities. 
• Former Notary Academy of AZ Instructor/Consultant. which provides ongoing training, assistance, and lifeline mentorship to AZ Notaries using a variety of social platforms, phone calls, Zoom, and meet ups. The Co-Founder of Notary Academy owns a highly successful nationwide signing service, NotaryZoom Signings.

Here for you when needed to fix a document or assist when others cannot:

When urgent matters arise from any signing even from another closing that needs immediate attention, I fix them.  Scan backs and drop offs are part of my normal business offerings to ensure you are able to meet your deadlines and review QC.  I have the reputation of "Save the Day" and an "attitude of success".

Customer service is my passion!  

I became a Mobile Notary Public to help others who cannot go to a business, or bank, etc. because of their inability to drive or be transported and just "for the sake of convenience to the clients" for meeting them at home.  I make it convenient for you and the client.  Does your consumer work late?  Do they need a break time signing?  Do they want to meet at their home or coffee shop for their comfort?  Do they have a unique situation where the signers are in two different locations?  Don't worry, I can assist to make sure the closing is completed on time.   I work hard with high standards of ethics.  

I am not the "average Notary":

• I am an "exceptional professional" with high integrity and service.  If you want client satisfaction, I have exceptional communication and public service skills.  I am mobile and ready to meet the client at almost ANY hour.  I don't complain or expect more out of you, I meet you better than half way.  I am not a Notary that will change or manipulate the locations or closing agreements.   I make sure that the client's schedule (even if late at night) is accommodated at their location of choice!  
• I communicate with you immediately when appropriate and necessary.  I work after hours, weekends, and even most holidays.  I provide services with professionalism and in the best interests of your needs, and the laws and policies.  I am used to an intense workflow and performing under tight time constraints. 
• I have earned & demonstrated service ratings as a knowledgeable, pleasant, professional, & credible person.   I have outstanding customer service skills & communication skills. I believe in effective communication between all parties & will follow policy, law, best practices, & regulations. 
• I am meticulous and experienced. If I encounter something unusual or complex, I will contact you if I cannot effectively resolve it (within my scope and not UPL) prior to interrupting you but keep in mind I will operate within your expected guidelines.  If need be, I can direct them to the correct resource to help them obtain answers.  
• I am prompt at returns and I won't miss critical drop off times.  I am organized, reputable, & dependable with a perfect driving history.  I know my community and how to logistically re-route in any city if there is a traffic impediment and how to navigate alternate routes.  How does that help you?  It ensures that you know I can get to assigned locations and meet drop cut off times with confidence and timeliness.

Need Out of County service?  

I am ready to respond with ample notice on the days listed below!  Mobile car office and ready to sign at a location that the client feels comfortable. 

I am prepared for inclimate weather but am unable to traverse over any 4-wheel roads with my low profile vehicle.

Maintain current networking, social interactions, and mentorship with others in the industry:

I follow many other Notary Groups to maintain an open mindset and develop a variety of methods to accomplish our specialty work. My experience pre-dated SnapDocs closings count and have completed several thousands of closings in office, at clients location, and I make it easy for closing the process .  I am knowledgeable with presentation of most types of Loan packets and documents such as Refi, VA, HELOC, Reverse and application, Buyer, Seller, Purchase, Cash deal, Loan App, Commercial, Disclosures, single documents, correction of urgent doc. ABOUT ME:

I have over 30 years of recognized customer centered service skills. After I retired from 26 yrs as a First Responder and you can rely on me day or night.  I launched my business full time and I use many of my acquired professional, organizational, and communicative skills to earn your client's respect.  I love happy clients because it is a reflection upon your agency!  My business and standards are inspired by my mother and US Marine Corp Father to respect others, care for and provide exceptional services for people, veterans, elders, and all clients. 

Post retirement, I have accepted a role at the Tucson Airport Authority full time and work daily at assisting customers, helping those in need, and I actively monitor and observe for any potential threats to others or the airport.
