I am a highly experienced notary signing agent with completions of refinancing, VA Mortgages, FHA, Reverse Mortgages, Modifications, and Seller and Purchasers documents. You can rest assured I will handle your company loan closing documents properly and in a timely manner.

As I am NNA certified and trained, I carry a $25,000 errors and omissions insurance policy and Gramm-Leach Bliley Compliant. I am available in the following locations in North Carolina: Winston-Salem, Greensboro, High Point, Clemmons, Kernersville, and other immediate locations surrounding Winston-Salem, NC within a 10-mile radius. I conduct up to four real estate loan closings a day part-time to assist in timely loan closing. I ensure my call of duty by performing at least two document reviews before I leave a signing table to ensure I represent a company effectively the first time at a signing.
