I’m KaSheena Wilbur, a Certified Loan Signing Agent and the proud founder of GoldLine Notary LLC, based in Lafayette, Indiana. My background as a 911 emergency communications technician has shaped my ability to handle complex situations with clarity, empathy, and unwavering reliability.

Today, I serve Tippecanoe County and 16 surrounding counties, offering mobile and remote notary services that are tailored to meet the needs of title companies, lenders, attorneys, and individual clients. My expertise spans a wide range of document types, including refinances, purchases, seller/buyer packages, reverse mortgages, HELOCs, auto loans, commercial transactions, and loan modifications. I hold multiple industry-recognized certifications, including NNA, LSS, Notary2Pro, and NotaryStars, and I am an approved vendor with some of the nations top mortgage lenders.  I’m also a commissioned RON notary, equipped with dual-tray and mobile printing and scanning capabilities to ensure flexibility and efficiency wherever I’m needed.
