I have been a full-time mobile notary public and loan signing agent serving Northern Virginia since 2021. I answer phone calls, texts, and emails from 8a-8p, Monday to Friday, and 8a-5p on weekends.

Trained and certified by the National Notary Association (www.nationalnotary.org) and Notary2Pro (www.notary2pro.com), I also participate in live, ongoing classes, reviewing every possible loan document with Notary Stars (www.notarystars.com). These three are the most reputable training programs in the country and as a result, I've attained a high level of expertise in all types of files--buyer, seller, refinance, HELOC, option purchase agreements, etc. I can present any type of loan package to the client with ease. I will represent your title company with courtesy and professionalism. 

In 2023, I became a Certified Notary Trust Delivery Agent after completing Bill Soroka's Notary Business Builder training. I'm now confident in presenting estate planning documents to the signer, showing them the highlights of each document. I offer to pick up the documents from the attorney's office and bring to the signer for execution. This has shown to be helpful for those signers who are immobile or infirm. 

I adhere to the standards set by the Signing Professionals Workgroup and to Virginia notary law. My work is thorough, organized, and accurate, and I safeguard my clients' personal information using encryption. I always offer scans of signed packages; my high-speed copier and scanner make that possible.
