Appointments are on time and communication is key to ease the client with document review for a better understanding of the process. Provide copies to the client and scan back signed documents if required.  Will notarize documents in front of the client and witness signatures as needed.  Meet lender requirements and return documents in a timely manner. Calls are placed to get clarity for questions. 250 + signings -loan modifications VA refis, HELOCS, Reverse Mortgage applications, car title modifications, ERMA, debt settlements, buyers/seller packages for lenders, title companies, and Signing Services such as Old Republic, Signature Closers, Loan Closers, Notarygo, The Closing Group, and Elite Signing Agency.

I have a dual tray printer, mobile scanner and mobile phone for assignments. I will travel to any location needed to complete the signing.  If an error is made I will promptly correct it. 

I have great customer service skills learned by working in the medical field for 30 + years as an Office Manager. I am very detailed and organized.  

I have been an NJ Commissioned Notary since 1995. NNA certified, Loan Signing System, Notary Net and Academy for Notary/LSA certified. My background check and E&O through the National Notary Association and Liability insurance through Hiscox.
