I will ensure each document is legibly signed, dated and initialed where necessary. I pay close attention to  the dates on Notice of Right to Cancel and will ensure initials and boxes are filled in properly.  I am accountable for each of my signings by double checking each document for errors and immediately will make any corrections, if necessary.  I will happily scan back documents when requested.
