My professional background includes working in the title and escrow industry, where I conducted loan signings and gained firsthand experience with loan documents, funding processes, and every stage of the closing process. This experience enables me to confidently guide borrowers through the signing process while ensuring documents are executed accurately, completed efficiently, and returned promptly.

Having worked on both the title and signing sides of the closing process, I understand the importance of accurate document execution, timely communication, and meeting critical funding deadlines.

I provide mobile and remote online notarization services and have experience with refinance, purchase, seller, HELOC, FHA, VA, and loan modification signings, as well as estate planning documents.

I am commissioned, bonded, and carry $1 million in Errors & Omissions insurance. I am fully equipped to support today's signing industry, including mobile scanning capabilities for time-sensitive assignments. I also maintain active memberships with both the National Notary Association and the American Society of Notaries. My goal is to represent every title company and signing service with professionalism, punctuality, and integrity while providing borrowers with a smooth, efficient, and positive signing experience.
