ARMA Services Terms:
___Full payment is required regardless of whether the signer elects not to continue with the signing at arrival or decides to stop the closing midway.
__All documents must be submitted to the notary at least 2 hours before the assignment. How ever, this deadline may change based on the place/city of the assignment taking place.
__Pecos Texas is the only one with a FedEx Store. Drop off must be done before 245pm Monday to Friday. We don't have FedEx or UPS on weekends.
__Texas Law: is recommended to refrain from serving as a witness to a document. Therefore, I shall not act and will not act as a witness if I'm the hired notary.
