Hello, my name is Julia, I recently worked for a home lending company and a title company for the past few years. I received my commission in March 2022 from the State of California and completed my certification for Loan Signings. After working with home loans & title documents, I pride myself on my attention to detail & understand the importance & time sensitivity of the notarization process. 

I am available every day including early morning or after hour signings. I serve the Yuba, Sutter, Nevada, Placer, Butte, & Colusa counties.
