I have been a member of the medical field for 48 years. Being in this line of work, required me to be very detail oriented, offer compassionate customer service, protect NPPI, and follow explicit directions in a timely manner. In 2017, my field of interest changed. I am now a Tennessee commissioned notary public and a certified notary signing agent. The skills I acquired as a nurse and sonographer are also required as a notary public / notary signing agent. I will perform my duties to the highest degree, following the NNA and the state of Tennessee guidelines. I understand that an incomplete signing package or a signing package full of errors can cost a mortgage officer a rate lock, a buyer to miss a closing of escrow, or major headache for everyone involved.
