As a former Loan Processor then Signing Agent, I have over 28 years experience in consumer and commercial loans, including but not limited to first and second mortgages, refinances, reverse mortgages (application and finals), purchases, sales, modifications and construction with individuals, Trustees, Powers of Attorney, etc. NNA Certified and background checked, I am detail oriented, dependable and punctual yet personable. My training includes extensive study and testing in/on TRID. My goal is to make the signing a professional yet pleasant and positive experience for the signer(s).
