Over the past 20 years, I have been immersed in Customer Focused employment positions, from the restaurant industry to successfully starting and growing a retail consignment shop in small-town, rural America. In these various roles, from service to ownership, I have honed useful skills in managing stressful situations and displaying appropriate empathy, with a view to nurturing the inherent value of the individuals I have come in contact with. Efficiency and a standard for excellence contributed to the successful operation of my small business for nearly 15 years. My current experience performing License & Title work for the state of PA and general notary work, make for an excellent candidate to handle notary and loan signing needs, with the attention on details, organization, identification/verification. Training has been completed through National Notary Association and Loan Signing System.
