My name is Josie Carrizales and I have been a Notary Public serving the public in General Notary Work since 2012. In 2020, I expanded my notarial business into the Real Estate and Mortgage Industry serving as a Notary Signing Agent. I work with various Title companies, Lenders, Real Estate Agents and Signing Services and have successfully conducted over 300+ mortgage closings to include Refinance, VA Loans, Reverse Mortgages, Texas A-6 (Cash Out), Sellers and Purchase Transactions. I also have experience with Settlements, as well as Attorney Documents to include Power of Attorney, Attorney In Fact, Living  Will Declaration, First to Council Last Will Testament and First Amendment and Restatement of Revocable Trusts.  JoC Notary Service, focuses on serving all clients with the best and most professional experience conducting signing accurately and efficiently for proper closing and funding.  I offer mobile services and also hold an office in Pearsall, TX for those clients whom would rather just meet at a central location. I serve the rural surrounding area of Frio County, Uvalde County, Atascosa County, Zavala County, Dimmit County, La Salle, Bexar County and extend services to further counties at an additional cost to include: Maverick, Wedd, Kerr and Medina, Comal and Guadalupe Counties.
