I completed over 3000 Closing in 2021.  Fidelity National TRID Certification and NNA Notary Essentials Certification. My Background Check is current. I am a retired SR EXC VP COO of a public traded finance company and also served as CFO. In the P&C Insurance and Finance Business for 27 years. I also held a Mortgage brokers License for 15yrs.  My background includes attention to detail paperwork. I have closed the following type of loans. Purchases, Refinances, HELOC, Reverse Mortgages, VA and FHA loans. I have also closed Time Share, Structure Settlement and Debt Settlement. I cover Hillsborough, Polk and South Pasco County FL
