I go over each and every document to ensure all signatures, dates and initials are complete and properly filled out. I also triple check key documents such as the Notice of Right to Cancel and 1003 to ensure they are filled out properly. On the off chance a mistake is made; I will stop what I’m doing and fix it for you ASAP. Documents are always returned promptly and on time as soon as the signing is complete. I have $100K E&O Insurance and a Surety Bond, I’m NNA Certified and Background Checked, I work at the customer’s convenience and I will complete after hours and weekend closing.
