Realtor/ Public Notary /Signing with an array of experience and knowledge in the Real Estate Industry. I've been performing as a mobile notary for six years and have assisted more than 50 clients for whom I have notarized: wills, Power of Attorney, Contracts Deed and affidavits. I developed an interest in Loan Signing in 2020 as Realtor and became certified with NAA. I have participated in over a 100 closing and 25 as a Signing agent ( refinance, Buyer Doc's , Seller doc's, Reverse mortgage, Loan applications Texas cash ) with Attorneys and Title companies across the nation. I am familiar with preparing documents for closing ( FHA, VA and conventional loans and refi) . This is what makes me a unique Signing Agent, because I understand that "time is of the essence" when preparing documents and confirming appointments with the consumer. Most importantly, I understand accuracy is key, with that said, I am proficient with reviewing documents, before scanning it back and returning with tracking, in efforts of ensuring a smooth and seamless transaction to meet my client needs and exceed their expectations.
