Proficient in a variety of loan types to include: refinance, purchase, seller, reverse mortgage, loan applications, piggy-back mortgages, out-of-state loans, home equity lines of credit, grant deeds, signings with Power of Attorneys and Trustee(s), debt negotiation/resolution, and more. Typically restrict my schedule to no more than 2 signings per day / 10 per week, so plenty of scheduling availability and time to assure attention to detail, accuracy, and turn around time. Main servicing area is within North Washington and South Benton counties. Extended service area throughout Washington, Benton and Madison Counties for a minimal extra travel fee. Other counties in Arkansas requiring extensive travel time beyond 1 hour each way are negotiable.
