Have done 7,500 notarization s. Notarize all kinds of documents. Will travel to homes,offices,businesses,hospitals and jails. Will work up to midnight and sometimes beyond. I am also a licensed realtor. Have notarized mortgages,sales, affidavits,wills, power of attorneys,car sales and most any other kinds of documents. Prefer last minute appointments. Will do late work. Have notarized docs 2:30 in the morning.Can answer many real estate questions since I am a licensed realtor. I prefer last minute assignments as I am able to print docs and get to the signing location quickly.I am heavily experienced being in the notary field 19 years. I do reverse mortgages and have the patience to deal with the elderly. Have worked with car dealers on paperwork for luxury sales. I am able to find hard to find addresses and am not afraid to ask directions. Have traveled as far as Sacramento and Fresno. Will work in foggy and stormy weather. Being in the real estate field many years I can give guidance to owners as well as investors. I can answer questions but I am careful not to give legal advise. I am also a good conversationalist and keep the signers alert and at ease. I have a dual tray lazer printer and a very dependable scanner.
