I make sure to triple-check my work to ensure dates, signatures, and initials are in the correct area and nothing is missing. I make sure customers understand to contact the Lender if they have any questions about their loans. If a mistake is made, I will make sure it's corrected immediately.  Upon completion of the signing, I will return all documents as soon as possible. 

 I've completed over 115 + signings (Sellers Package, Loan Mod, Refi, commercial and GNW.) I take my time with clients to ensure closing will happen on time. If I have any questions, I will make sure to contact the signing service and have the borrower contact the Lender.
