I welcome same-day and last-minute signing requests, still ensuring your documents will be scanned and/or shipped with no delay.

I will pay attention to the following details during the entire loan closing process.
* Borrower(s) given a printed copy (not double side printed or emailed)
* Signers use blue ink unless otherwise noted
* Same day scans of docs provided, where applicable
* Administration of Oath
* Only borrowers sign the NOTE
* Signers recorded in notary journal
* Notarizations performed in-person
* Respect for signers' culture
* Fill out and signing Patriot ACT
* All docs shipped out on time

My service is professional, efficient and compassionate. I will not upcharge for my service and appreciate the opportunity to be an extension of the quality and service you give to your clients.

I can perform closings outside of traditional working hours and on weekends. Additionally, I have no issues with meeting the customer at a location that is comfortable for them (home, library, church, etc). I am open to, but NOT limited to, trailing docs, HELOC, REFI, Loan Modifications, Reverse Mortgages, etc.

RON Certified. Certificate of ASN Designation for completion and passing of ASN Certified Notary Signing Agent Training/Exam. E&O insured and commissioned by the Commonwealth of Virginia as a notary public to perform notarial acts. NNA Background screened and certified. Masters of Business Administration in Finance and Bachelor of Science in Marketing from New Jersey Institute of Technology.

I service up to 75 driving miles within the Greater Richmond Region (Central Virginia). Areas outside of 75 miles can be done with 48-hour notice.
